一、 簡要說明 (Brief Description)
1.本著用戶滿意是我們宗旨的服務理念制定本技術規(guī)格書.
We compile the technical specifications in order to maximize customer satisfaction.
2.WP10 系列發(fā)電用柴油機是在斯太爾系列柴油機基礎上開發(fā)的系列柴油機。
WP10 series diesel engine was developed based on STEYR series diesel engine .
3.WP10D238E200 型柴油機是 WP10 系列中發(fā)電專用柴油機，于 2012 年公司開發(fā)的
增壓器中置新結構發(fā)電用柴油機。
WP10D238E200 is one type of turbocharger centering structure generating diesel engine，
which developed in 2012.
4.由濰柴動力股份有限公司制造。

二、 陸用發(fā)電柴油機功率定義及使用條件（The power and use conditions of
diesel engine for generator）
1.持續(xù)功率 COP：柴油機每年運行時間不限、在恒定負荷下持續(xù)運轉的最大功率。
ISO 標準功率。
Continuous power（COP）
: Diesel engine can run anytime and continuous operation at
constant load of maximum power. ISO standard power.
2.常用功率 PRP：柴油機每年運行時間不限、在可變負荷下持續(xù)運轉的最大功率。
可超負荷 10%的 ISO 標準功率。
Prime Power（PRP）: Diesel engine can run anytime and continuous operation under
variable load maximum power. It can overload of 10% ISO standard power.
3.備用功率 ESP：柴油機每年運行可達 200h 的某一可變功率系列中的最大功率。
油量限定的 ISO 標準功率。
Standby Power（ESP）: Diesel engine can running up to 200h by the maximum power
of variable power per year. the ISO standard power be oil defined.

3、3、不具備超負荷能力；
It does not have the ability of overload；
4、4、柴油機啟動沒有熱機過程，由啟動加速到標定轉速
需在 10s 內完成。自然吸氣柴油機，環(huán)境溫度 5℃以
下時，需增加預熱設施保證柴油機出水溫度在 30℃以
上；環(huán)境溫度 5℃以上時，無預熱設施。增壓柴油機
環(huán)境溫度 10℃以下時，需增加預熱設施保證柴油機出
水溫度在 30℃以上；環(huán)境溫度 10℃以上時，無預熱
設施。
Starting the diesel engine without thermal process and
from start to accelerate to rated speed required to be
completed within 10s. When below ambient
temperature 5 ℃, naturally aspirated diesel engines
need to increase diesel preheat facility to ensure the
water temperature is above 30 ℃; And on the way
round when ambient temperature above 5 ℃. When
the ambient temperature below 10 ℃, the
turbocharged diesel engine need to increase diesel
preheat facility to ensure the water temperature is

注：嚴禁發(fā)動機超出上述運行條件使用！！！

六、 柴油機使用環(huán)境 (Ambiance condition)
1．柴油機在下列條件下，應能輸出額定功率：
The diesel engine should be able to output rated power in the following conditions.
a）絕對大氣壓力，PX：100kPa（或海拔高度 0 米）；
Atmospheric pressure, PX:100kPa (or 0 meter above sea level);
b）環(huán)境溫度，Tr：298K（25℃）；
Ambiance temperature , Tr: 298K(25℃)；
c）空氣相對濕度Φ r：30%。
Relative air humidityΦ r：30%。
2. 柴油機在下列條件下，應能連續(xù)并可靠地工作：
The diesel engine should be able to work continuously and reliably in the following
sonditions.

a）環(huán)境溫度：下限值-30℃，上限值 50℃；
Range of ambiance temperature: -30℃≤T≤50℃；
b）空氣相對濕度：最濕月平均最高相對濕度為 90%（指該月的月平均最低溫度為
25℃）
Relative air humidity：the max relative humidity is 90% of the wettest month in a year(It
means that the lowest average temperature of this month is 25℃)
d)工作環(huán)境中應無爆炸性氣體、無導電塵埃。
The working environment should be without explosive gas and electric mote.
e)工作現(xiàn)場如有任何特殊的危險條件（如爆炸大氣環(huán)境和易燃氣體）用戶應提前加
以說明。
The customer should illuminate in advance if there has any especial and dangerous
condition at the working space (for example, explosive and flammable gas).
